Ruthless Killers

Sharks are fascinating animals that have suffered a bad reputation, thanks to the irresponsible media coverage of certain events when they encounter humans, and the reputation Hollywood has created for them as unstoppable killers. The reality is that these animals, feared by all, have an even more fearsome, voracious predator that sometimes kills for fun: humans. Shark attacks are rare and, in most cases, are due to human negligence. Meanwhile, shark fishing occurs every day in large numbers, leading me to question which animal is truly the most dangerous.

My fascination with these animals led me to become who I am today and to pursue my dream of living by learning from nature. For me, it would be impossible not to have a project dedicated exclusively to these organisms, which inspire me to follow my dreams. This project arose after a fatal incident in San Andrés, which served as a guideline for most Colombian media outlets to spread fantasies about shark behavior, spreading an irrational fear of them. In response, I shared this series so my followers would understand that it is possible to be near a shark without being in danger, as long as you respect its space.
